If DryPup isn't right for your dog, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a refund. Email us with your order number. No forms and no excuses.

1. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.

2. We reply within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday) with the next steps.

3. Once approved, we refund 100% of the product price to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Damaged or wrong item: email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.

Wrong size: email us and we'll help you exchange it.
